We are saddened to hear of our friend and PEP Talk guest, Ngamata Karen Daniels, passing on February 13th, 2025.

It was a privilege to interview Karen; we could sense her determination and that she wasn’t wasting time. She aimed to finish her Master's this year and planned to grow her business, among many other goals. She quoted Efeso Collins’ powerful maiden speech in Parliament: “no one stands alone, no one succeeds alone, no one suffers alone”
In a way, that interview was Karen’s valedictory speech. Here was a woman dedicated to caring for her mother and children while serving her community purposefully. Karen, thank you for being a shining example of all that you have accomplished.
We offer our deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers to her two children, her beloved mother, her family, and the broader community that she passionately served. Karen was a woman of faith and a devoted servant of our God Almighty. Gone but never forgotten.
